PROJECT: THINKING ABOUT HOW WE CAN HELP SMALL FOOD BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS IN THE CITY OF RIBEIRÃO PRETO, HOW CAN WE CONNECT THIS WITH ART?

PROJETO: PENSANDO EM COMO PODEMOS AJUDAR OS PEQUENOS EMPRESÁRIOS DO RAMO ALIMETÍCIO DA CIDADE DE RIBEIRÃO PRETO, COMO É POSSÍVEL CONECTAR ISSO COM A ARTE?

Students contacted the restaurant owner “O Pastificio”, so they must first think about how to help this entrepreneur with something that can later help other entrepreneurs. According to what they worked on, he has some problems with the packaging of the food. The owner reported that he currently sells more frozen foods but at the same time has difficulties with transporting hot food.

Os alunos entraram em contato com o dono do restaurante “O Pastificio”, então eles devem primeiro pensar em como ajudar esse empresário com algo que depois pode ajudar outros empreendedores também. De acordo com o que eles trabalharam, o dono do restaurante tem alguns problemas com a embalagem dos alimentos. O proprietário relatou que atualmente vende mais alimentos congelados, mas ao mesmo tempo tem dificuldades para transportar alimentos quentes.





Based on a discussion during class, students have to think about new packaging for the restaurant.
Gabriel gave some vital information (owner of O Pastifício) that students had to take into consideration:
Budget
Product packaging: 0.50
Product Label: 0.10
Plastic bag: 0.05
He is thinking about redesigning the packaging and plans to spend around 1.50.The material indicated for packaging: PP (Polypropylene) because it withstands negative temperatures. Other plastic materials crack.

A partir de uma discussão durante a aula, os alunos devem pensar em novas embalagens para o restaurante.
Gabriel deu algumas informações vitais (dono de O Pastifício) que os alunos tiveram que levar em consideração:

Embalagem do produto: 0,50
Rótulo do produto: 0,10
Saco de plástico: 0,05
Ele está pensando em redesenhar a embalagem e planeja gastar em torno de 1,50. O material indicado para a embalagem: PP (Polipropileno) porque suporta temperaturas negativas. Outros materiais plásticos racham.

The students took the following steps:
1. Think of packaging that brings less harm to the environment and has a low cost. (a material that would withstand both low and high temperatures would be interesting).
2. Separate paper and pencil or install one of these apps: ScketchBook, 3DC.io, Assembly or install the trial version of the Adobe Dimension program to create a drawing of how we imagined the packaging during the lesson.
3. Look for references on the internet.
4. Submit a picture of your reference and your packing design.

Os alunos tomaram as seguintes providências:
1. Pense em embalagens que agridam menos o meio ambiente e tenham baixo custo. (um material que suportasse baixas e altas temperaturas seria interessante).
2. Separe papel e lápis ou instale um desses aplicativos: ScketchBook, 3DC.io, Assembly ou instale a versão de teste do programa Adobe Dimension para criar um desenho de como imaginamos a embalagem durante a aula.
3. Procure referências na internet.
4. Envie uma foto de sua referência e seu design de embalagem.




We arrived at a time to discuss a final product. After experimenting and researching in previous classes, they needed to structure their ideas. For this task, it was necessary to revisit everything they did until now. The intention was the production of a presentation in a pitch format.

Chegamos em um momento para discutir um produto final. Depois de experimentar e pesquisar nas aulas anteriores, eles precisaram estruturar suas ideias. Para esta tarefa, foi necessário revisitar tudo o que fizeram até agora. A intenção foi a produção de uma apresentação em formato pitch.
